Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted to help you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! I can tell you are a planner because you are looking to visit Walt Disney World in 2022! I am so proud of you! I promise the planning you do now will pay GREAT DIVIDENDS when you arrive for your MAGICAL vacation!

As of right now, Mickey Mouse has not released any Disney Resort reservations for 2022. While we won't know for certain what the Disney Resort prices will be, I can do some investigative reporting for you based on Disney Resort reservations for 2021.

Because you are looking for the most economical Disney Resorts, we are first going to start looking in the Value Resort Category. NOTE: Sometimes, you will see the word "value" and be a little apprehensive about booking a Value Resort. However, I have stayed at all of the Disney Value Resorts, and they are ALL TIGGER-ific! All the perks you are looking for in a Disney Value Resort are there from the great pool areas to the complimentary Disney Bus Transportation all around the Walt Disney World property.

Because Walt Disney World is opening up their Disney Resorts in phases, Disney's All-Star Music Resort and Disney's All-Star Sports Resort are not available at this time. Now, they could be available in 2022, so please keep that in mind.

Based on my research, the most economical Disney Value Resort is Disney's All-Star Movies Resort ! I will say that this is my favorite Disney's All-Star Resort because my family absolutely LOVES the overall theme and feel of this Disney Resort.

I would also recommend checking the Special Offers page periodically on the Walt Disney World website. As a family of seven, I TOTALLY understand going to Walt Disney World on a budget. This is always my first place to look when booking all of my family's Walt Disney World vacations!
