Just wondering how the character meet & greet work? When looking online it says that the character is there from 9am-9pm but when I go add them to my plan I can only select 9am, so are they only available at 9am? Are FP available all day for characte?

Hi Tammy! Thanks for stopping by with your question.
A character meet-and-greet is a magical opportunity to have an amazing encounter with our favorite Disney Characters and Princesses. If the information on Disney official website says you can meet a certain character from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., it means there will be a regular stand by line available for this entire period for meeting that character.
If you prefer, you can use one of your FastPass+ selections to meet-and-greet a character you love and can’t miss. I usually prefer having one FastPass+ for meeting Anna and Elsa, for example. My daughter is a huge fan of them, and their regular line tends to be very busy all year long. FastPass+ will be available for different time windows during the period characters will be there.
Hope this information helps your planning. Let us know if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
