I was wondering if there was chance to get a colored printed map, one you would get at the park, mailed to me. I want to surprise my son with a map (which he loves to have) to tell him we're going to Disneyland soon in 3 weeks.

One of my favorite things in life is surprising my kids with a Disney trip. Your son will be jumping for joy! My family also loves Disney theme park maps. Before and after trips, we look at the maps together and dream about being "home." I think my young daughter might have the Disneyland Park layout memorized.

Now, unfortunately, Disney are not currently mailing out theme park maps. However, you can download and print the latest theme park maps on the Disneyland Resort website. Here are the latest versions:

Disneyland Park

Disney California Adventure Park

Another option is to see if you can purchase a map online from a site like eBay. I've noticed that you can sometimes get the latest versions of the maps for a small price.

A great way to explore the theme parks ahead of your visit is by downloading the Disneyland Mobile App. If you tap the location icon on the main screen, you'll be able to browse the interactive maps. You'll even be able to see the latest wait times for the attractions.
