Hi there, I was wondering what my Castaway number is. I went on a cruise in 2011 and my family is now planning one for 2024. I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the website.

    Welcome, Sean!

How fantastic that you’re planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation after such a long hiatus! You’re going to be amazed with everything that’s in store. This summer, Disney Cruise Line is commemorating 25 years at sea and while some things never change, there are so many new things to look forward to onboard since your first cruise! Disney values its repeat cruisers and being a part of the Castaway Club has some special benefits, so I’m happy to help you find that key information for your account.

You should have one Disney account for all your Disney services and experiences, which includes your login for Disney+ as well as the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Vacation Club. If you can use that familiar login credential for the Disney Cruise Line website, navigate to Already Booked > Castaway Club. This page will have a dashboard with your membership number, status, number of sailings, and exclusive benefits overview.

When you go to make a new cruise reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website, the system will prompt if you’d like to connect an existing Castaway Club Membership – it does this auto-magically using the Guest’s name and date of birth. You may try reserving your 2024 cruise and seeing if the system can connect you during this process.

If neither of these methods work, there may be a mismatch between your login and your full name and/or date of birth. Please try these steps:

    • Sign into your Disney account on the Disney Cruise Line website.
    • Navigate to the Edit Profile page.
    • Check that your last name is spelled exactly as it appears on the passport or proof of citizenship used for your prior Disney cruise; make any needed corrections.
    • Check that your birthdate is correct.
If these online methods don’t result in digging up the buried treasure of your Castaway Club number, you may always call Disney Cruise Line and they can find the information for you or help update your account details. Once this is resolved, you won’t need to add your Castaway Club number again.

You can then begin to enjoy all the benefits of being a Silver Member! This includes access to brand new itineraries before the general public and booking your own cruise activities 90 days before your sail date. You will also be welcomed onboard with some special gifts honoring your loyalty to Disney Cruise Line.

I hope this gets your account straightened out for smooth sailing ahead, Sean. Please let us know if you have additional questions about selecting a ship and itinerary or planning the details of your special cruise. We look forward to helping you plan more as you look towards 2024!

    Wishing you a magical cruise,
