    Hello I was wondering if we could buy a dining plan and tickets only, since we are staying with family outside of the park.

    Hi, Nichole!   To participate in the Disney Dining Plan, you need to be staying at a Disney Resort Hotel.   If staying off property, you are still able to dine at any restaurant in the parks and hotels.   To book your Advance Dining Reservations, call (407)WDW-DINE.
