Good news, Shannon, you don’t actually have to transfer the entire
ticket over. Your friend is able to link their ticket to their account, even if it is already linked to yours. What you will want to do is open the
Disneyland mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. You will then select "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of this screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the barcode for each ticket with your phone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling the
Ticket Service line. A Cast Member there will be able to assist you further.
I hope this helps get your tickets sorted out. Pretty soon, you both will have your
tickets linked and all you’ll need to do is schedule your
Theme Park Reservations. Don’t forget to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before finalizing your plans!
