Hi Moms, I was wondering if I book a room only reservation will we still receive Magic Bands or do we have to have a vacation package with tickets 2 get the Magic Bands? We are planning on staying @ All Star Sports. Thanks for your help! I love this panel!

    Hi Magan!

Thank you for submitting your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We are so happy you have found this site useful.  We absolutely love helping our friends with their Disney vacation planning.

Good news!  Guests who stay at Disney Resort hotels all are eligible to receive Magic Bands.  In addition to using your Magic Band to access your hotel room, you have the option of linking a credit card to it for purchases as well as the ability to link theme park tickets for easy access to the Magic.  You are not required to link theme park tickets or a credit card to your Magic Band, but it is a convenient option for you as a Disney Resort hotel Guest.  If you choose to purchase theme park tickets separately (not part of a vacation package), you may link them through My Disney Experience

If you have any further questions about Magic Bands or your upcoming Disney vacation, please come back and visit us again.  We really do love to help!

Have an All Star vacation Magan!

I fell in love with Walt Disney World on my very first visit, which took place during my honeymoon. Since then we have added 4 "mouseketeers" to our family and have come to appreciate what a great value a Walt Disney World vacation can be on a budget. As a Physical Therapist and a mom of a large family, I would love to help you plan your next magical trip! Learn More About Brenda
