I was wondering if I book my hotel reservation in advanced (about a year) and a pass holder discount becomes available during now and my travel date, will Disney honor the discount and lower my nightly rate at the resort?

    Hi Vanessa,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. On several occasions over the years, I have booked a Walt Disney World resort reservation and then later noticed a Florida passholder discount offer.

In my experience, there hasn't been an automatic adjustment in the rate. I have either called to ask for the lower rate, which has been granted if it is available on my dates, or I have simply booked a new reservation at the discount rate and canceled the previous reservation.

I suggest that you keep an eye on your email and the Mickey Monitor for any passholder discounts so that you won't miss out on the savings.

Good luck finding the best rate possible for your upcoming visit!
