Hi there, I was just wondering if you book a DVC resort reservation and have military tickets can you still get the free dining offer that is being offered this summer?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Paul!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. I see that you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in September. I like that you're thinking ahead!

You bring up a great question about the free dining offer and how that works. When my family and I travel to the Walt Disney World Resort, we do so on a budget, so I appreciate getting the most bang for your buck!

Unfortunately, in the scenario you describe with military tickets and a reservation through Disney Vacation Club, you are not eligible for the free dining promotion. If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, however, I will encourage you to take advantage of the Member Benefits and choose restaurants that offer a 10% discount on meals. My family and I love exploring all of the dining options and the discount definitely helps! Browse through the Member Benefits for a full list of restaurants currently offering this discount.

And finally, since you mentioned having military tickets, have you ever seen the daily Flag Retreat at Magic Kingdom Park? This is a quick, but touching ceremony that honors veterans for their service. I highly recommend catching it if you can. Walt Disney himself had a deep love of America and it shines on Main Street, U.S.A.

Wishing you a vacation filled with Magic (and great food)!
