Hi Aaron!
Ferry boat transportation is my favorite way to get around Walt Disney World. If it is an option for where I am coming from and going, I always take it. The boat transportation at Disney Springs only sail from the water side (or the back side) of Disney Springs to either Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, Disney's Old Key West Resort or Disney's Port Orleans Resort.
If you are arriving to
Disney Springs by bus, you'll be dropped off by Town Center and will need to walk. If you take a look at this
Disney Springs map, you'll see Town Center is represented by the red pin drops. The Boathouse is located in The Landing, which is represented by the blue pin drops. You can hover over the pin drops to see what the point of interest is. To give you an idea of the fastest walking path between the bus stop and The Boathouse, follow me on a virtual tour using the map. The bus drop off is located towards the bottom middle of the map above the body of water to the right of where it says "Disney Springs". You'll see a cut through in-between two buildings when you get off the bus which is where you'll want to go. There are several different ways to go at this point, but the shortest distance without using stairs or inclines is to take a right once you clear the cut through. The next point of interest is a store called Uniqlo, where you'll want to turn left. Follow that straight and across the flat bridge and past Raglan Road. You'll take a right at the next intersection and The Boathouse will be on your left up ahead. It sounds complicated and that map is not the best, but the walk isn't terribly far.
If you have any questions during your visit to Disney Springs, Cast Members are out and about and will be happy to assist.
Have a magical day!
