The
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campsites is a fantastic dinner theater show with audience participation and an incredible meal! I was at the re-opening show at 4:30 pm on June 23rd, 2022, and I had such a fun time! The food was fantastic with the return of the original favorites like cornbread, barbecue ribs, fried chicken, and strawberry shortcake with the addition of cole slaw and mac & cheese.
When I was in Walt Disney World in June 2022 on my vacation, the blue launch boat was not in operation (the boats that go between Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Disney's Contemporary Resort, and Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort), but the boats between the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground were operating. I recommend you take the Resort Monorail or walk to the Magic Kingdom Park from Disney's Contemporary Resort. Once you are at the Magic Kingdom Park entrance, you will see the boat dock for the boat that goes between the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. When you get to the dock at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, you follow the path straight ahead of the dock to get to Pioneer Hall, where Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is located. Make sure you plan for at least 30 to 45 minutes of travel time for this journey (you may get there quicker than that, according to my experience). Also, arriving at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is recommended at least 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime you have purchased.
