Hello! I was wondering what the best onsite hotel there is for a family of 7 that is also convenient to all the theme parks.

    Hi Kim!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you are planning a fabulous vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort!

With a family of seven, you may want to try a Deluxe or Deluxe Villa resort hotel. A two-bedroom villa or suite would accommodate your entire party. The resorts that have access to the monorail are close to Magic Kingdom and have monorail access to Epcot. They also have bus service to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom theme park. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort all have monorail access. From Disney's Contemporary Resort, you can also walk to Magic Kingdom.

From Disney's Beach Club and Disney Yacht Club resorts, you could walk to Epcot and take a water taxi to Disney's Hollywood Studios. If you are looking for more affordable options, try booking two standard rooms at a moderate or value resort hotel. If one person in your party is under 3-years old, you could try a room that sleeps up to six adults. The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort might be a nice option.

Kim, if you are traveling in the next few weeks, I suggest you make a resort reservation immediately! If you do not yet have theme park tickets, you need to purchase those as well so that you can make Fast Pass+ selections. Finally, if you want to do a character meal, go ahead and make a dining reservation. Restaurants get booked fast. We adore The Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
