    I was wondering what the benefit of online check in is? We are arriving on Nov 29th. Thank You

    Hi Natalie!  I have used the online check in service three times now and each time it seems to be better and better.  By using this service you allow the resort to prepare your packet prior to your arrival.  When you check in to the desk it is ready to go and cuts your wait time down by at least half.  You have your own check-in line and it moves quickly.  If you need to make changes to the credit card or anything else you can still do this at the desk.
