Happy New Year, Mark. I'm so glad you stopped by
planDisney with your question.
Disney's Pop Century Resort is always a favorite of mine to stay at. I just love all of the bright colors and reminiscing with the old memorabilia that are scattered throughout the resort. It's a nifty trip down memory lane! I think you'll be happy to know that Bell Services is currently accepting and storing groceries delivered to the resort. Once you arrive, you can either pick them up yourself or have them delivered to your room for a small handling fee. Some of my favorite items to order are bottled water, small cans of soda and prepackaged snack foods that I can tuck in my purse and take with me to nibble on during the day. I should mention though that currently, eating and drinking while in line for attractions at Walt Disney World is prohibited to keep all Guests safe and healthy while visiting. Keep that in mind when you are ordering your snacks to pack throughout the day. I've found that because of the new policy in place, my family and I tend to munch less throughout the day. You probably won't need to order as many snacks as you typically would. When you are ready for a bite to eat, you'll need to either be at one of the designated relaxation stations scattered throughout the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks or be completely pulled over to the side and physically distanced from other people.
Something else I love about staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort is the addition of the
Disney Skyliner. These aerial gondolas connect Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Riviera Resort to
Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot
. It's a convenient and fun way to get around parts of the Walt Disney World Resort and if you haven't already, I highly suggest going for a ride. It's fun to see the resorts from a different perspective.
I am glad you'll be able to get your groceries delivered with no problem and I am sure you are too. If you have any other questions before your trip, I'd love it if you'd head back over here to planDisney and ask. Enjoy!
