Hello, I am wondering on average how long does a Character meal take? We have a res for Hollywood & Vine for breakfast at 8:15 am and I'm trying to decide how soon to book the first Fast Pass. Do you think 10:15 for 1st FP is enough time in between? Th

    Hi Jennifer!

Thanks for dropping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm more than happy to help!

The length of time for a character meal can vary based on a few things. First of all, it depends on how quickly your family eats. I am almost always the last person to finish eating because I am busy helping my children with their plates and cutting Mickey waffles. Second, it depends on how quickly the characters get around to your table. We've had meals where we see them all within a short period of time and then others where we had to wait for the last one to get to our table. And that just all depends on how busy the restaurant is when you're there!

It sounds like you have a good plan in place. I would definitely suggest giving yourself two hours to finish your breakfast although chances are you'll be done sooner. Hopefully, you will have time to get to an attraction with a short wait time before heading over to use your FastPass+.

I hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Happy planning!
