    Hi! I was wondering if I arrive a few hours prior to check in time and want to leave my luggage at the hotel and go to the parks, is that possible? Thanks!

    Hello, Maria!

    Like you, I want to head to a theme park as soon as I possibly can. I am happy to report that you can absolutely store your luggage at Bell Services if your Walt Disney World Resort room is not ready when you arrive at the hotel. If you take advantage of Online Check-In, not only can you make room location requests and provide your expected arrival time, but also opt to be notified by text message when your Resort Room is ready. After you return from the theme park, you can go directly to the room and call Bell Services to deliver your stored luggage. I call that magical, Maria!
