I was wondering if there is any way to get around Disney World requiring that I am present when I have my rental stroller dropped off? Will I need to be present when it is picked up as well?? I

Hello Meghan!  Thank you so much for your question - it's a good one!  As long as you rent your stroller from one of the 'Disney Approved' stroller rental companies, you need not be present for drop-off or pick-up of the stroller.  The three approved companies are Kingdom Strollers, Magic Strollers or Orlando Stroller Rentals.  Bell Services can accept and hold your stroller for you as long as it is from one of those three companies.

Unfortunately, if the company you are using is not one of the three listed above, you will in fact have to be present for both drop-off and pick-up, and there is no way around it I'm afraid.

I hope this helps to clarify how the outside stroller rental policy works.  You can always rent a stroller at any of the theme parks if this will work out better for you.  Good luck, and have a magical day!
