Hello, I was wondering approximately how much in advance do you recommend doing the online check in for our resort?! I’m wanting to make sure we get a one bed room however i would hate to fill out the information too far in advance!

Hi Peyton, thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I can definitely relate to the temptation of checking in. Don't worry we totally understand. We are planners after all.

Planning a Walt Disney World is such an exciting journey. Picking from the Disney Resort Collection is no small feat. So many wonderful places to stay, it's hard to just choose one. My family often does split stays because it is almost impossible. Once you see that "Start Check-In" button up you can get the process started as soon as you feel comfortable. Just follow along and fill out the prompts. That is the time you want to make any requests. While those requests aren't guaranteed your resort will do its best to fulfill your room request. I wouldn't worry about being too early, either. Planning ahead of time is always a great idea. If you check in early you can also bypass the Front Desk and head straight to your room. Direct-to-Room Service has so many benefits, including using your MagicBand+ or My Disney Experience App

I hope this information was useful and helped answer your question. If you have any other questions please come on back and we will be more than happy to answer any other planning needs.

    Have a magical day!
