    I am wondering if anyone knows the cost of character dining at the Grand Floridian. When I book it says between $36 and $60. What does this convert to in £s (Im not very good at that!) and what does it cost for a child? Surely it cant be $36. Thanku

    Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question. I'll be happy to help you out!

    Character Dining pricing does vary, only very slightly, depending on the season in which you're visiting Walt Disney World. I'll give you the 'average' pricing in US$ as well as the amount converted to British Pounds Sterling.

    The Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at Disney's Grand Floridian's 1900 Park Fare includes Mary Poppins, the Mad Hatter and several other magical friends. Pricing at breakfast averages $13/child (9 and under) and $24/adult (10+ yrs of age). Converted, this is equivalent to approximately £8.28/child and £15.29/adult.

    Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner, also at 1900 Park Fare includes Cinderella, Prince Charming, and other members of Cinderella's family. Pricing for this meal averages $20/child and $40/adult. Converted, this is equivalent to approximately £12.74/child and £25.49/adult. Pricing is not inclusive of applicable taxes and recommended gratuity of 15-18%.

    These are two of my very favourite character dining experiences at Walt Disney World. I really hope you'll enjoy them! The Mad Hatter is SUCH a hoot at breakfast, and the cuisine at dinner time is so full of variety!
