    I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an age limit or height restriction on the kiddie pirate-themed pool at CBR? My daughter is 8 years old, roughly 50 inches tall. Thanks for your help!!

    Hi Diana,

    We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort during our last trip and LOVED it!  My boys loved the pool at Old Port Royale.

    The water play area next to the main pool is pretty cool and they did a nice job of it. I don't remember seeing an age limit there but the height maximum was 48".  They seemed to be more strict about it when the pools were more crowded.  I think the thing that looked like it had the biggest appeal to the bigger kids who were over the height limit was the huge barrel that turned over and dumped water approximately every 5 - 10 minutes.  Other than that, I think your eight year old would grow tired of it pretty quickly.

    However, I think she will love the main pool which features two water slides - one was a bit larger than the other.  My 5 year old went on it over and over until I thought he would literally drop from exhaustion.  So while your daughter may be a little envious of the kiddie pool for a moment, I think she'll have a lot more fun in the "big kid" pool.
