    Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help me in regards to the Disney Planning DVD.I ordered one a month ago and have not received it.Is there anyone I can contact to let them know and to get another one sent? Thanks Kate

    Hi Kate,

    I would just wait a little bit longer.  I too am from Canada and sometimes I have received my "Disney Planning DVD"quite quickly, but at other times 2 or more months have gone by before I have received it.  I don't know if it is because we are from Canada, or the West coast but I have even been worried sometimes that my order didn't go through so I submitted another separate one.  They will only send you one per household anyways, so you've got nothing to lose if you try this again.  Hopefully you will get it in the mail soon so you can start to plan your trip!
