Hi there, Sabrina!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your question about your recent Disney Cruise Line vacation.
I hope that you have made it home safely from a Disney Cruise Line vacation...even if you’ve mistakenly left something onboard! I know how frustrating that can be, especially if it's something of value to you – or someone else in your travel party! My son mistakenly left his beloved “Mousey” onboard at the end of one sailing and unfortunately I did not realize it until we were back home and it was bedtime! (Cue major meltdown) I contacted Disney Cruise Line and fortunately they were able to locate him! About a week later I learned that “Mousey” was mistakenly tucked away in a corner of the couch bed and was not discovered until the next sailing had already departed! But, “Mousey” did make it back to Texas safely – and even had a sweet note included with of all his adventures of the vacation he went on without us! If you have mistakenly left something onboard do one (or both!) of the following: contact Disney Cruise Line at (407) 566-3734 as soon as possible to report an item lost and/or fill out the
“My Recent Cruise – Lost and Found” form online. Be sure you have your reservation number handy when you report your lost item.
If you happen to be onboard and
lose something, stop by Guest Services to fill out a lost item form and they will do their best to locate it for you onboard and notify you in your stateroom if/when the item is located!
Good luck with locating the missing item, Sabrina! Sending extra pixie-dust your way that it is located and returned to you!
