    Hi Moms........just wondering if anybody knows if there is a minamum amount of points you have to purchace to become a dvc member? Is it a fixed amount or can you purchace as little or as much as you want to become a member?

    Hi Mary, 

    Thank you for the question, and your interest in Disney Vacation Club!  I would encourage you to visit any of the DVC kiosks at any of the resorts, theme parks, and Downtown Disney to find out more information.  I also want to give you the number to call if you are not in the Walt Disney World area.  You can call (877) 382-7826 Monday through Thursday  from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.  You will be able to speak directly with a Cast Member who can give you any information that you may need.  The minimal number of points to purchase is 100, however the most common number of points that people purchase is 160.  There are four resorts that you can have as a Home Resort:  Animal Kingdom Villas, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Bay Lake Towers, and Aulani.
