I am wondering where along the parade route we can see the headless horseman and if he comes out before both parades at the Mickey party?

Hi Lindsey! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to LOVE Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I have attended this special event multiple times and it gets better every year. In fact, I just enjoyed the party again last week and it was my favorite one so far!

While I am a big fan of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party because of special touches for Halloween on attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean, trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park, and seeing Guests and Characters in their amazing costumes, my favorite part of the entire night is when the Headless Horseman makes his appearance! You can see him ride before both parades on party nights (weather permitting) and he can be seen along the entire parade route. On my visit last week, I was sitting near the beginning of the parade route in Frontierland and he rode down the street at 11:10 PM before the beginning of the 11:15 PM parade. I recommend finding your parade viewing spot early so you don't miss this spook-tacular entertainment!

Enjoy your visit, Lindsey! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
