    Hi I was wondering when you advised another traveler on purchasing genie+ and to follow the purchase prompts, is payment made by a credit or debit card?

    I'm so glad you stopped by to make sure you know the whoozits and whatzits galore for purchasing Genie+ during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort

    As you likely read in the other planDisney conversation, you can purchase Genie+ on the day of your visit on the My Disney Experience mobile app. At the top of the Tip Board, you can see the pricing and options for Genie+ service for one or multiple parks. In the next step, select whom among your connected Family & Friends you want to include in your purchase. When you continue to Checkout, you will see multiple payment options, including an eligible Disney Gift Card, a Disney Rewards Redemption Card for Disney Visa Cardholders, or a credit or debit card. The prompts will also ask you for a phone number in the event of any issues when making your purchase. In my experience, I have also received an email receipt from the purchase.

    With Genie+, you can make your first Lightning Lane selection as early as 7 am on the day of your theme park visit. You can make your second selection two hours after the park you visit opens or after you have enjoyed the attraction you selected, whichever is earlier. The rest of the day follows the same timing: select an attraction every two hours or immediately after enjoying the last attraction choice you made, whichever comes first.
