I was wondering if there were any adult sized changing tables anywhere in the parks besides going all the way to first aid Station?

    Hi Melissa!

It looks like you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation right around the corner! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

Walt Disney World is very accommodating to guests with various needs, and they continually make efforts to provide accessible facilities throughout the parks. However, at this time, adult-sized changing tables are primarily available at the First Aid Stations located in each park.

I am happy to let you know that changes may be on the horizon! A dedicated adult changing table can now be found in the Companion Restroom located at CommuniCore Hall & Plaza at EPCOT. My husband requires an accessible restroom, and I assist him, so we have become very familiar with the locations of all the Companion Restrooms in the theme parks. I hope they will soon have more Companion Restrooms with adult changing tables for those guests who need that feature!

Here are the locations where you can currently find adult changing tables at Walt Disney World:

In Magic Kingdom Park, you’ll find a well-appointed First Aid Station located near The Crystal Palace and the entrance to Adventureland.

In EPCOT, the First Aid Station is located in the Odyssey Center between Test Track and the Mexico Pavilion in the World Showcase.

In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the First Aid Station is near Guest Relations and the entrance to the park.

In Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you’ll find the First Aid Station behind Creature Comforts on Discovery Island, near the bridge to Africa.

My best advice is to plan ahead! If you know you’ll need to use an adult-sized changing table, plan your route and activities around the proximity to these First Aid Stations. If you need immediate assistance or directions, Cast Members are always happy to help and can provide the quickest route to the nearest facility. While most standard restrooms don’t have adult-sized changing tables, some of the larger family restrooms may offer more space for caregivers to assist those with special needs.

As Walt Disney said, “To all who come to this happy place: Welcome.” Disney strives to make sure that welcome extends to every guest, ensuring everyone can enjoy the magic.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation, and make memories to last a lifetime!
