Hi Moms, I was wondering I have ADR at Spirit of Aloha on Feb.1 and was wondering what happens if they cancel the show due to weather? Do they let you make new reservations somewhere else or do you loose your dinning credits? Thanks Mary from Winnipeg, MB

    Hi there, Mary!

Oh, Disney's Spirit of Aloha is an incredible experience. And February is a lovely time to enjoy it; the weather at night is cool and crisp, and the chances of rain are reasonably low/

The show takes place at  Disney's Polynesian Resort in the Luau Cove located just off the beach in a covered, open-air theater.

The show will only cancel if the temperature dips below 50 degrees F or if there is a strong storm with lightning ten miles out from the property.

If Disney cancels the show, your credit card will not be charged, nor will you lose the two credits on the Dining Plan. Be aware, though, that you will have to make your own alternate arrangements at the Spirit of Aloha or another venue; Disney will not automatically place you in another show or restaurant.

    Have a wonderful time!

    see you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
