Hey there, hi there, ho there, Lauren!
You're as welcome as can be at planDisney and, pretty soon,
Walt Disney World Resort.
The World's Most Magical Celebration awaits, along with delicious eats at the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival and the long-awaited return of the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. Is it too soon to be too excited to sleep?!
Accidents happen, Lauren, especially when technology's involved. Let's see if we can use some of Rapunzel's flower power to save what has been lost. First, check to make sure the person you would like to add plans for appears on your
Family and Friends list in your My Disney Experience account. If not, you can add them by clicking the three, small lines at the bottom right of the
My Disney Experience mobile app home screen --> scroll down to "My Profile" --> "Family and Friends List" --> "Add a Guest" --> Input person's name and age. If this person already has a My Disney Experience account, click "Share Planning with this Guest" and enter their email address. This will send an invitation to the individual's inbox. Once accepted, they will automagically appear on your Family and Friends list.
A
valid park admission and
park pass reservation are currently required for theme park entry. If you reassigned an individual's ticket to someone else by mistake, you can reverse the error by clicking those lines at the bottom of your My Disney Experience app's home screen --> "Tickets and Passes" --> "Reassign Ticket" --> The name of an individual from your Family and Friends List --> "Reassign."
If you canceled an individual's park pass reservation by mistake, you need to make that individual a new reservation. This can be done by clicking the "+" at the bottom center of the My Disney Experience app home screen --> "Make a Park Reservation" --> Theme Park Tickets --> Log into your My Disney Experience account --> Select the member of your Family and Friends list with a valid park admission linked in My Disney Experience --> "Continue" --> Select a Date --> Select a Park --> Agree to terms and conditions --> "Confirm." Before making a new Park Pass reservation, be sure to take a peek at the
Theme Park Availability Calendar, which currently shows availability at all four theme parks each day in May. Even if the new park pass reservation is listed separately in the My Disney Experience app (three lines --> "Future Plans"), you've successfully brought back what once was lost.
When the whole gang's back together again, it's time to start thinking about Disney dining! You can make
advanced dining reservations online 60 days before arrival beginning at 6:00 a.m. At that time, Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can make reservations for the duration of their stay, up to ten days.
I hope you have an amazing trip, Lauren. Please reach out again soon if planDisney can be of further assistance.
Let your powers shine,
Jennifer
