Hello, I am wondering how to add my flight information to my Disney World itinerary? Thank you in advance

Hi Linda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Before you know it, you will be arriving for your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. Have you been counting down the days? I always do!

I think you are asking about adding your flight information so you can use Disney's Magical Express complimentary transportation from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel. If so, you will need to call Disney directly at (407) 939-1936. You will need to provide your Disney Resort hotel reservation number as well as all flight information to reserve Disney's Magical Express. Since your trip is so close, you won't receive the yellow luggage tags that notify the Cast Members where to transport your bag, but no worries! You can simply give your baggage claim number to the Cast Member when you check-in for Disney's Magical Express and they can still transport your luggage for you and deliver it to your room later that day. Or you can claim your luggage for yourself and have it stowed under the bus with you for your journey to your Disney Resort hotel.

I hope this has answered your question, Linda! Please visit us again soon!
