    Hi, I was wondering if we were able to request the same servers that we had on a previous cruise (if they will be onboard)? We had a wonderful experience with our servers on the last cruise and would love to be able to have them with us again!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so happy to hEAR that you had such a wonderful experience with your Server and Assistant Server during your Disney Cruise, but I'm not surprised! I've taken multiple Disney Cruises and have had nothing but incredible service by our Serving Teams in the Main Dining restaurants throughout the years! Just last week we sailed with Captain Mickey and saw one of our Servers from many years ago. He recognized my family, caught us up on how his family was doing and gave us all the warmest hugs! This is just one of the many examples of how Disney Cruise Line sets itself apart from any other cruise line and why I love sailing with Disney every chance I get!

    Deidra, you may request the same Server and Assistant Server for any upcoming Disney Cruise by calling the agents at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532! The Disney Cruise Line agent will add a note to your reservation with the names of the Serving Team you'd like to be matched with again. There's no guarantee they will be able to grant your request, but Disney Cruise Line will do everything they can to accommodate your request and pair you up with one (or both) of the members from the Serving Team from your previous cruise.
