    Just wondering if we'll be able to purchase slices of bread and if there's a toaster to use at animal kingdom lodge. We stayed at port Orleans French quarter in September and they had this facility.

    How wonderful to hear you will be staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The resort is truly one of a kind and absolutely incredible. 

    I am happy to tell you, you can find sliced bread and a toaster at The Mara in Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. If it's a nice day, my family loves to grab breakfast and eat at their outdoor seating area.

    If you plan on spending a little time at the resort, may I suggest one of the special tours? The Sense of Africa Tour features breakfast and a backstage tour where you'll go behind the scenes for some special animal encounters. The experience brings just a little extra to your stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
