Because of the wonderful Magicbands I do not carry my wallet into the parks! If we intend to purchase an alcoholic beverage with dinner will we be asked to show our ID's?

    Hi Ashley,

There are so many creative, tasty alcoholic beverages in Walt Disney World! I haven't been asked to show my ID very often, one of the perks of being older, but it does occasionally happen. I highly recommend carrying your ID with you. Even if you aren't likely to be mistaken for someone under the age of twenty-one, having your ID with you is a good idea. I have had issues come up with my ticket and/or MagicBand and having my ID with me made fixing the issue much quicker!

I hope you find lots of fun beverages to try! One of my favorites is a Lapu Lapu served in a pineapple at the Tambu Lounge at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Please let me know if I can help you with any other questions!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
