Hi, Jennifer!
There are so many great choices for resorts at Walt Disney World. All you can do is plan 3 separate vacations to try all the options! But, until you do that, let me give you some thoughts on each choice.
POP: This will give you a total of 4 double beds, so each of you can stretch out in your own bed. This choice also gives you 2 full bathrooms, and your kids can have their own room with their own TV so they have some space of their own. The downside is while EVERY effort will be made for connecting rooms, this will not be guaranteed. I have never been disappointed when requesting connecting rooms, but there is just no guarantee.
ART OF ANIMATION: This brand new resort looks awesome. There are 2 rooms and sleeps 6 so there will be plenty of room. Each suite has 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette. The downside is that this is probably the most expensive of the options.
PORT ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER: This is one of my favorite resorts on property. Rooms were recently refurbished with cozy queen beds so will comfortably sleep 4. This resort is the smallest of your choices so it is convenient to get around. Great boat ride here to Downtown Disney. Downside: 1 bathroom and just one room, so space will be limited.
If your teen and tween like to sleep in and think they would like some privacy, go for one of the Value Resort options. If they are early risers and you plan to be on the go a lot, opt for French Quarter. You really cannot make a bad choice, so let your family look through the
website and see what jumps out at them. Good luck deciding!
