Hi BethAnne, and welcome to planDisney! I completely understand how important it is to you to enjoy one of the seven snack wonders of the world: Disney Popcorn. I'm right there with you.
While there are so many yummy popcorn flavors to choose from around the resort, they all use a blend of canola and coconut oil. Don't worry, though! You won't be short on delicious snack options in the theme parks and resorts. I highly recommend checking out the
Gideon's Bakehouse cookies at Disney Springs, the School Bread from
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in EPCOT's Norway Pavilion, and the Mickey Beignets from
Disney's Port Orleans – French Quarter Resort.
Walt Disney World Resort is exceptional in handling dietary restrictions and food allergies. Many dining locations offer allergy-friendly menus that list common food allergens and potential substitutions to ensure you can still enjoy your meal. If you have multiple food allergies or want to discuss your options in more detail, don't hesitate to chat with your server or a chef when you get to the restaurant. They'll be happy to help! You can even ask to speak with a special diets-trained Cast Member before placing your order.
Did you know that
you can bring your own snacks and food items into the park when you visit? This is an excellent option for those who need allergy-friendly snacks or want to save money. So, feel free to pack your favorite treats and enjoy your day at the park!
BethAnne, I hope this helps your trip planning. Please feel free to come back and
ask us more questions. We totally understand how important it is when you're traveling with dietary needs, so please don't hesitate to ask us anything. We're always here to lend a friendly hand!
Cheers
Nilson
