Welcome to planDisney, Lynsta! Your cruise is just a couple of months away, so let’s check this question off your list.
You are correct that even though extension cords fall on the list of
prohibited items, you can bring a USB charging hub to help you stay fully charged and connected while onboard. The staterooms offer a variety of plugs and outlets in the bathrooms, next to the bed, and by the desk. In fact, I often pack European-compatible hubs, as well as American models, since you’ll find both
110V and 220V outlets. That way, everyone has options for plugging in their phones, electronics, personal care items, and of course, their
DisneyBand+.
I also suggest packing your multi-outlet cube in your carry-on bag, since it may be a few hours before you are reunited with your checked baggage once your stateroom is ready. Throw in your swimsuit, sunglasses, and sunscreen while you’re at it so you can start having fun in the sun right away, while powering up to full charge so you’re ready to take lots of pictures as you sail off into the sunset.
The
Disney Wonder is a sight to behold, so I already know you’re going to have a magical adventure ahead of you. This
packing list will help as you start pulling out those suitcases in anticipation of your trip, but if you think of anything else we can help with here at
planDisney, I hope you’ll sail back to us soon.
Bon voyage,
Sami
