Going on the wonder for five day cruise February, 2, 2014 Heard that the dress code has changed and you can wear shorts in the dinning rooms. Is this so and what is considered casual attire? Thanks

It's magical cruising time, Lisa!  Your voyage is right around the corner and I'm sure you're excited… gosh, I'm excited for you already.  :-)

You've heard correctly.  Cruise Casual now includes nice jeans and shorts, officially.  As a guidance, you can wear what you normally would wear to a nice casual restaurant.  Swimsuits and tank tops are not included in this category, so guests are more than welcome to wear those while they are up on deck by the pool area.  I usually dress my kids nice & comfortable. Nice shorts paired with a nice collared polo shirt for my son, and something similar or even a nice sundress for my daughter.  Khaki pants or shorts are very common for both men, women and kids on a cruise. They're easy to pack and easy to pair up with a nice top.  Should you decide to traditionally get nicely dressed-up in the evenings (as opposed to nice shorts) -- you'll be in good company as well.  Since you're going on a fantabulous voyage, it's nice to get dolled up.  I think it adds more pixie dust to your evening.

You'll be traveling with a lot of wonderful people on board the Disney Cruise.  You'll have a magical time no matter what.

    Bon voyage!
