Hi there, Rita!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You have a WONDERful adventure awaiting you on your Alaskan sailing! My family sailed Alaska a few years ago and it was just fantastic; we loved every minute of it and can’t wait to do it again - there's just so much to see and do!
When we traveled to Vancouver for our flight we had a sixteen-month old and a three-month old (this was prior to the current
minimum age) and we definitely had our fair share of gear with us so I totally get it! Unfortunately, at this time, package delivery to the Vancouver Port is not available so sending them ahead of time is not an option. My recommendation is to either check about shipping to your pre-cruise hotel if you are traveling to Vancouver ahead of your sailing or getting some necessities once in Vancouver. If those are not viable options with your travel schedule, then just think of all the extra room you’ll have for souvenirs at the end of your trip!
When your Online Check-In and Booking window opens, I highly recommend reserving time in the
“it’s a small world” nursery! for your little one. We liked to utilize the nursery for naptime so we could enjoy the ship while our little guys napped. Also request a diaper pail for your stateroom on your “My Reservations” page or by contacting Disney Cruise Line directly.
I wish you many magical memories and exciting adventures in Alaska! If you have any additional questions as your planning continues, please come back and ask!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
