I won 4 tickets but 2 of the tickets say Disneyland and the other 2 say California adventure. Can I use all 4 in 1 park?

    Hi, Carolina!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to ask us a question about Disneyland Resort tickets. Wow, it sounds like you received a major dose of pixie dust! Congratulations!

Without knowing the terms and conditions of the specific theme park tickets you received or where you acquired them, I can’t say with certainty whether you’re able to use two of your tickets in a different theme park or if you can upgrade all of the tickets to Park Hoppers. Your best bet is to call (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member who can help you sort this out. Be sure to have all your ticket information with you when you call.

Once your trip begins, your Disney eTickets can be scanned directly from your mobile device at the theme park entrances or you have the option of printing them out at home before you visit. You can also link your tickets to the Disneyland mobile app on your smartphone, which is what I recommend so you’ll always have them handy for theme park entry!

I hope this answers your question, Carolina. Please feel free to come back again with more questions as you prepare for your theme park adventures!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
