I won tickets from a radio station and am trying to make park reservations online however my tickets look different than the sample shown. Where do I find the ticket number in order to make a park reservation?

    Welcome to planDisney, Kate!

Congratulations! Winning tickets to The Happiest Place on Earth must feel like a magical dream come true! Hooray for you! Enjoy every moment!

I’m so glad that you’re trying to make Theme Park Reservations! Way to think ahead! So there should be a 12-digit ID number or a barcode somewhere on the tickets that you won! (I’m not quite sure where they are since I cannot see your physical tickets, but they are usually somewhere on the back. If they were linked in an email, they’re probably near the bottom of the page.)

Once you identify the ticket ID numbers or the barcodes, I’d recommend going into the Disneyland Mobile App and selecting the lower righthand icon. Then select the “Tickets and Passes” option. From there click on the “Link Tickets & Passes” prompt and you’ll be able to scan the barcodes of your tickets or enter the ID numbers. Once you’ve got those tickets linked, make your Theme Park Reservations as soon as you can!

I hope that helps you out, Kate! If you’re unable to find the ID numbers or the barcodes, I’d reach out to the radio station to see if they have any additional information about your tickets.
