Michelle from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I won tickets from the radio station and it’s a 2 day one park per day ticket. It expires 9/15/20 unused. I tried to scan a ticket through the Disneyland app, but it didn’t tell me the new expiration date. Will Disney extend the expiration date?

    Hi Michelle!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!

Congratulations on winning the radio contest! I can’t think of a better prize than tickets to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”  While the expiration date has not been extended, according to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because you won the tickets on the radio, I suggest reaching out to the radio station to ensure there are no additional guidelines that you should follow. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

I hope this information is helpful! Please come see us again at planDisney
