You're quite the lucky duck! How exciting that you won tickets to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park from the radio!! I'm so sorry that there's so much uncertainty with these tickets and the
temporary closure of Disneyland Resort. But I have one idea for your tickets as well as a better suggestion.
First up, a lot of Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets have had their 'use by' dates extended. However, I'm not 100% certain what kind of ticket(s) you happen to have won, so I can't say for sure if your dates have also been pushed back auto
magically. So try this: upload the ticket(s) to your
Disney Resort Mobile App. (Once logged in there should be a plus button at either the bottom center or top right of your screen). A lot of guests reported that they found the extension of their use-by dates in the fine print of their individual tickets in their apps.
If your valid-through dates didn't change once uploaded, or if your phone is like mine and has issues all the time, you can also call the Disneyland Resort Ticket line at (714) 781-4636. These friendly and helpful Cast Members have the super up-to-date information and would love to help figure this out.
