I won tickets from a radio contest that expired in 2020. The liaison for the radio station and Disney said they are good until March 2022. How do I confirm this? I was told I just link the tickets to my reservation and they will be valid?

    Hello Marcie,

Woo-hoo! How lucky are you! It's so fun and so cool to hear you won tickets to visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks. With your lucky streak, you'll want to make sure you drop by the Games of Pixar Pier when you're in Disney California Adventure Park and put your luck and your skills to work with the whimsical carnival games there.

When it comes to theme park ticket expiration dates, it's helpful to know that the expiration dates for theme park tickets can vary depending on the type of the ticket. For example, you can take a look at the "Modifications and Cancellations" information on the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page where you'll see how the Disneyland Resort extended the expiration dates for various ticket types affected by the operational closure.

Usually when Guests ask us here about the details of their theme park ticket expiration dates, I recommend calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. The Cast Members with the Ticket Services team can help provide you with the specifics for the expiration dates based on the specifics of your tickets.

In your case, it sounds like you might have already spoken with the Ticket Services team. If you haven't, it could be good to give them a call and confirm the details on the expiration dates for your tickets.

You'll want to be sure to link your theme park tickets to your Disney account. You can do this by signing in to your Disney account and using the "My Disneyland" menu options and choosing "Link Tickets" and you'll be prompted to enter the ticket ID number.

You'll also want to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see when the theme parks have reservations available for you to select. You can then use the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system and the the "Make Park Reservations" feature to make your theme park reservations.

Marcie, here's wishing you lots of wonderful fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort. If you'd like tips and suggestions as you make your plans to visit, ask us here and we'll be happy to help.

Enjoy lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
