    Hello, we won tickets from a local radio station. How do I book the reservation and redeem the tickets?

    Did you know that you share your name with a very famous mouse?! That’s right! Minnie is short for Minerva! 
     
    Also, a big congratulations on being the radio winner! You are required to obtain an advanced Theme Park Reservation for entry. Reservations are limited and subject to availability. So please try linking your tickets to your Disneyland Mobile App and make a Theme Park Reservation. You may do so up to 120 days in advance. 

    Follow these steps to link the tickets in the Disneyland Mobile App. First, visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the App and tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add the pass. You may either scan the ticket barcode or manually enter the numbers. 
     
    Because you won the tickets, I recommend checking with the radio station to ensure no additional guidelines should be followed. If you have additional questions, please contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.
