I won 4 tickets (1-day park hopper passes) in a raffle at the end of 2019. I was unable to use them in 2020 due to COVID. They are set to expire 7/18/21. Is it possible to get the tickets extended?

    Welcome to planDisney, Rebecca!

How lucky you are! Tickets to the Disneyland Resort are amazing prizes to win! Many ticket types have had the expiration dates extended due to the closure. For instance, one-day tickets that had an expiration date of December 30, 2021 have been extended all the way until December 30, 2022. Since your ticket is set to expire this month, I would contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to see if the expiration date for your particular ticket type has been extended. They can also let you know if your ticket is eligible to be put toward the cost of a new ticket if it does indeed expire in July.

If you are able to use your ticket, keep in mind that theme park reservations are required to visit the parks. You'll need to link your tickets to your Disneyland Resort account either online or using the Disneyland app before making theme park reservations. It's a good idea to check the theme park reservation availability calendar before making plans to visit the parks.

I hope this helps! Have a magical day!
