We won 4 one-day hopper passes at raffle and we are planning our trip for November. I would like to add the Fast Pass option but it says I need to have tickets added to my account before I can use that option. So how do I add the tickets we won?

    Hey Rachael!

Congratulations! What a great raffle gift.

To add your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account you will have to link them using the 12 digit code on the back of the card. Once the cards are linked you will be able to make your FastPass+ selection. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort you can begin making your selections 60 days before your arrival for the length of your stay. If you are staying off-property you can make your selections 30 days prior to their use.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions about My Disney Experience, Disney's FastPass+ service of any other aspect of your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
