One thing you can do is to speak with the organizers from the group you won your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets from to see if they have additional information for you, such as a contact person from Disney. Otherwise you can contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a friendly Cast Member directly who can better assist you. Even if the tickets have already expired, you may be able to apply the value of the previous tickets toward the purchase of new tickets.
