    Hi I won Disney tickets before the shutdown can I redeem these family pack of four?

    Congratulations on being the big winner! Guests that currently hold valid theme park admission are required to obtain an advanced Theme Park Reservation for entry. Reservations are limited and subject to availability. So please try linking your tickets to your Disneyland  App and attempt to make a reservation. Theme Park Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. 
     
    Because you won the tickets, I recommend checking with the organization where you won the tickets to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. If you have additional questions,  I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.
