I won 4 - 2 day 1- park per day passes and thought I had until October to use them. They expired 3/15/34. I have not been able to use them due to my spine surgery and cancer recovery. I really hope you can help.

    Hello, Tana! Welcome to planDisney.

I understand you would like to visit the Disneyland Resort this summer. If so, you'll be able to experience the return of Pixar Fest at the Theme Parks! It is a celebration of friendship, Disney-Pixar films, and beyond.

I'm sorry to hear that your tickets have expired. Thankfully, I have good news for you! Per the Tickets Terms and Conditions, the cost of a wholly unused, expired standard ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket as long as the price is equal or greater. To do this you will need to call the Tickets phone line and speak to a friendly Cast Member. It's a good idea to have your ticket details ready before calling.

Once you have your new tickets, be sure to link them to your Disney account online or on the Disneyland App. After linking your tickets, you will make your Theme Park Reservations. Please remember that you need both a reservation and a valid ticket for the same park on the same date for each day you plan to visit.

Tana, did you know that you can use the Disneyland App to enter the parks? You can also use the app to place Mobile Orders for food and drinks, check attractions wait times, showtimes for entertainment, and so much more.

I hope this answers your question, Tana. We can't wait to have you at the parks real soon!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
