First of all, a big congratulations to you for being the big winner of the raffle! I’m sure you’re anxious to put your prize to use! Well, I have exciting news for you! While your tickets may list a September expiration date, according to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because you won the tickets at a raffle, I recommend checking with the nonprofit organization to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a
Guest Relations location inside the theme park to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase. If you have additional questions, please contact Tickets Services at (714) 781-4636.
