Hiya, Denise! I’m so glad you stopped by planDisney!

First off, congratulations on your winning bid for the Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Tickets! I’m so sorry you haven’t been able to use them yet this year. I understand how frustrating this must be! I'm also missing my happy place, and can’t wait for the magic to return when the time is right. To answer your question, I went ahead and checked the “Update on Disneyland Resort Operations” page, then clicked on “Theme Park Tickets,” where I read that single-day tickets and wholly-unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their respective validity period. So, unfortunately, it looks like your expiration date hasn’t been extended at this time.

However, I have good news, too! Even if you aren’t able to use your tickets until after your expiration date, the amount originally paid for the tickets should be retained, and can most likely be applied toward the purchase of new tickets at any Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth. So, you shouldn’t have to worry about losing the value of your tickets! Since you purchased these tickets at a fundraiser, I recommend checking with the organization to see if there are any other guidelines you’ll need to follow. For additional ticket questions, you can also call (714) 781-4636, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.

While we await the reopening of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, there’s still a great way to get your Disney fix! Have you stopped by Downtown Disney District since it reopened in July? I’ve visited several times, and have been very impressed with the health and safety measures and the social distancing taking place there. If you're planning a visit to Downtown Disney any time soon, I recommend checking out this page to get an idea what to expect.

I hope this information helps, Denise! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!
